Artisans dip hand-carved blocks in mud and stamp them onto white cotton. The fabric is then dyed in natural indigo, and the mud blocks the color from setting, revealing the floral design once washed clean.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color and pattern are part of the charm—making every dress one-of-a-kind, just like the little one wearing it.
