We encourage all our customers to inspect their order on arrival to ensure everything has arrived in good condition.

We will happily exchange or refund your purchase within 21 days from the date of an in-store purchase or from the date an online order was fulfilled.

Products must be in their original condition, and your return or exchange must be accompanied by your original receipt. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original receipt.

If a product is deemed unfit for return due to damage, a PAX PHILOMENA team member will notify the customer via email that the return has been rejected. If the customer wants the item back there will be a $9.50 shipping fee. We will allow 14 days for a reply. 
Buy One Get One (BOGO) discount will be void upon returns. Returns will be refunded using the original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed and your refund to be issued. 
Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges or process refunds outside of our 21 day policy window.
