Our Aarya Hand Embroidered Coat is a rare collector’s piece, created from a remarkable textile that has been uncovered in a faraway market and carried home as a treasured discovery. Crafted from 100% cotton and entirely hand embroidered, each Aarya begins with a one-of-a-kind textile personally sourced by Jean Marie during her travels through Rajasthan near the India-Pakistan border, a region celebrated for generations of intricate needlework and textile storytelling. Jean Marie selects each piece instinctively, drawn to its color, craftsmanship, and soul, before it is thoughtfully transformed into this extraordinary long coat.

The embroidery is wonderfully abundant, with every inch revealing the hand of the artisan who created it. Vibrant flowers, curling vines, leafy branches, butterflies, and folk-inspired botanical motifs travel across the natural cotton ground in shades of crimson, turquoise, saffron, fuchsia, violet, and green. The long sleeves, softly structured collar, button front, and sweeping silhouette give the Aarya an elegant presence, balancing the joyful spontaneity of the embroidery with the sophistication of a beautifully proportioned statement coat.
