Royston Turquoise and Silver Navajo Naja Necklace
There are pieces one wears, and then there are pieces one collects.
This one-of-a-kind Naja pendant was created exclusively for Pax Philomena by a master Navajo artisan using the ancient tufa cast technique, a process as rare as the piece itself. Molten sterling silver is poured into a hand-carved mold made from volcanic stone, imparting a soft, organic texture that cannot be replicated. Each casting is destroyed in the process, ensuring that no two pieces will ever be the same.
At its center rests a striking Royston turquoise stone, prized among collectors for its vivid interplay of blue and green hues and its distinctive golden matrix. Sourced from a historic Nevada mine, Royston turquoise is increasingly difficult to obtain, making pieces of this quality exceptionally rare. The stone feels alive—earth, sky, and mineral meeting in perfect harmony.
The Naja, a symbol deeply rooted in Navajo tradition, speaks to protection, strength, and transformation. It is both adornment and talisman, carrying with it generations of meaning and craftsmanship.
Suspended from a supple leather cord, this piece is designed to be worn effortlessly—whether layered over a silk kaftan or resting against sun-warmed skin. It carries a quiet power, the kind that does not ask for attention yet always receives it.
Only one exists.
This pendant is a timeless accessory that blends cultural authenticity with natural beauty, making it a meaningful and stylish statement piece.
