Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

At Pax Philomena, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery. To begin a return or exchange, please click the link below.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

US Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date an order was delivered. All return requests must be processed and approved using the link above. Please contact us for jewelry and international returns. EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS ARE VOID IF NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF APPROVAL.

Exchanges are always free of charge. Returns are always free if you opt to refund as store credit. Returns are subject to a $15.00 shipping and handling fee when using a USPS prepaid shipping label provided by Pax Philomena. Please note, returns for orders processed on Facebook and Instagram are not eligible to use a prepaid label from Pax Philomena.

Returns are free if you choose to ship the order yourself. If you opt to use your own label, please be sure to share a copy of your postmark date, shipping label, and tracking number to returns@paxphilomena.com. We cannot issue refunds for returns that are sent to the incorrect address, have no record of delivery, or are returned outside of the policy window. Shipping address:

Return Conditions

Products must be in their original condition in original packaging, tags attached, unworn/unwashed, and your return or exchange must be accompanied by your original receipt and/or packing slip. We cannot honor returns for refund or exchange without their respective original receipt.

Pax Philomena is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages even if the shipping carrier shows proof of delivery. If you wish to arrange for a signature or to add insurance to your return, please opt to use your own label.

If a product is deemed unfit for return, a PAX PHILOMENA team member will notify the customer via email that the return has been rejected. If the customer wants the item back, there will be a $15.00 shipping fee. We will allow 14 days for a reply. 

Begin a Return/Exchange

Click here to start a return or exchange for US orders. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return request to be processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a prepaid USPS label (unless you opt to use your own label). Please allow up to 14 days after your return is received for our team to process refunds. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. 

Buy One Get One (BOGO) Discounts

Buy One Get One (BOGO) discounts will be void upon returnsReturns will be refunded using the original payment method. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed and your refund to be issued. 

Return Policy Abuse

Please note, Pax Philomena reserves the right to reject any returns that are deemed an abuse of our return policy, i.e. excessive returns.

Jewelry and Pashminas

Jewelry is eligible for return within 14 days of when the order is received. If you wish to return or exchange your item, please email us at returns@paxphilomena.com.

Final Sale and Store Credit

Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Items marked “store credit” are only eligible to be exchanged or returned for store credit.

International Returns

If you are not located in the United States, please contact us to arrange your return. International customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Duties and Taxes are non-refundable and cannot be refunded in the case of a return.
