Osborne Floral Maxi Kaftan Natural Dyes
Made with all natural dyes, this print is Inspired by the durbar room in Queen Victoria's home, Osborne House, on the Isle of Wight. Although Queen Victoria held the title Empress of India, she never actually visited India, however she recreated a durbar room where she held banquets. The room was a perfect replica of one you would find in India and was designed by John Lockwood Kipling - father of famous author Rudyard Kipling.
This hand block printed Maxi Kaftan dress is a staple piece for anyone's wardrobe. Such a great piece to wear in the fall, with it's rich maroons and warm colours.
Tassels are hand made and hand beaded.
